How do I add products to my store?
Log in to your vendor dashboard, go to Products, and click "Add Product". Fill in the product details including name, price, stock quantity, and upload images. You can also use our AI-powered product suggestion to auto-fill details.
How does voice search work?
Customers can speak in Hindi, English, or Hinglish to search for products. Our AI understands context and regional variations, finding the right products from your inventory instantly.
How do I accept UPI payments?
UPI payments are automatically enabled. When a customer chooses UPI at checkout, we generate a QR code that they can scan with any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). You'll receive instant payment confirmation.
Can I share my store on WhatsApp?
Yes! You can generate shareable chat links for each customer session. Share these links via WhatsApp, and customers can continue shopping from any device without installing an app.
How do I get low-stock alerts?
Set a reorder level for each product. When stock falls below this level, you'll receive automatic alerts in your dashboard. You can also use our AI inventory chat to check stock by voice.
